How to Claim Your CoinList Tokens

Overview

Great news! You can now claim tokens purchased through CoinList's ONDO token sale.

Important: If you requested a change of wallet address or your wallet is invalid/incompatible, you won't be able to claim your tokens just yet. Please see the FAQ below for next steps.

As a reminder, the tokens will initially be non-transferrable, but you'll be able to use them for DAO governance when the DAO goes live. See the link below for more details.

Instructions

Fund Your Wallet

You'll need to submit a transaction to claim your ONDO tokens, which means you'll need ETH to pay for gas. If you already have ETH in your wallet, you can skip this section.

  1. Buy ETH on an cryptocurrency exchange in your jurisdiction. You might be able to do so on CoinList. You can also find alternatives here.

    • The amount of ETH required to claim your tokens will vary depending on network congestion.

  2. Transfer the purchased ETH to the non-custodial wallet address you provided when you participated in the ONDO token sale via CoinList.

Claim Your Tokens

Once you have some ETH in your non-custodial wallet, it’s time to claim your tokens!

  1. Click Connect in the top right-hand corner of the window

  2. Read and accept the Terms of Use and Risk Statement

  3. Select your wallet provider (e.g. MetaMask)

  4. Log in to your wallet and confirm the connection

  5. Click Claim in the popup window

  6. Confirm the transaction within your wallet

  7. Wait until the transaction gets successfully confirmed

  8. (Optional) Click Add to Wallet

FAQs

Can I claim using an exchange wallet address (e.g. Binance)?

No, you must claim using a non-custodial wallet address. If you accidentally provided a custodial wallet (e.g. exchange wallet) to CoinList during your purchase, please follow the steps below to update your wallet.

How do I change my wallet address?

Please email coinlist-wallet@ondo.finance to request a wallet change. You'll need to verify your identity to complete the change. You'll only be able to claim in Q3 2022.

If you already submitted a change of wallet request or your wallet was flagged as invalid/incompatible, you'll also be able to claim in Q3 2022. You should've received an email from us with more details.
